Honest reviews of disc golf gear.
Is the Apex Outdoors Disc Golf Backpack Worth It in 2026?
Maybe, as a first backpack bought on its listing alone: we could not find an Apex Outdoors website, spec sheet or warranty page. Dynamic Discs and Latitude 64 publish capacity and weight for comparable budget backpacks, and Dynamic Discs adds a limited lifetime warranty.
Is the Bushnell Edge Disc Golf Laser Rangefinder Worth It in 2026?
Worth it for players on wooded or hilly courses and anyone learning their distances: Bushnell's Edge reads feet or meters to within plus or minus 3 feet and shows elevation change. Beginners can wait, and it is splash-rated IPX4, not waterproof.
Is the Dynamic Discs Disc Golf Retriever Worth It in 2026?
Worth it if your courses have water or trees that keep discs: Dynamic Discs' telescoping retriever reaches 16 feet and collapses to 18 inches. Owners praise the reach but report sections and hooks that fail, and discs sunk out of sight call for the Golden Retriever.
